What does this limited warranty cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship/craftsmanship under normal use during the lifetime of the product.

During the Warranty Period, LifeStyle Demand will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

LifeStyle Demand will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the product. This decision shall be at the discretion of LifeStyle Demand.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for stools purchased from us shall last the purchasers lifetime. 

What does this warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations of the product.

  • Normal wear and tear generally expected from products after being used for a while.

  • Fire damage, water marks/damage, scratches, lost or stolen item, cosmetic damage or color fade.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Before considering a replacement, our first line of action is to see if we can fix/repair the product or rectify the problem you are having.


To be eligible for a replacement or repair under this warranty, you must return the item to us. You shall be responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us.

Your item must be well packaged, and you MUST have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed.

What we do when we receive your package?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement or repair after inspecting the item. Once your item is approved, we will either send out a new product to you or repair the item received and send it out once repaired.
